why did you
join the ac?

I see the AC as a combination of my rugby experience and my business experience.  I love to have an impact on individuals as a coach both to players and to executives and working to help them meet their goals excites me.  I also believe that rugby players gain attributes and learn skills that can help them in their future careers, but they just do not know that!  Helping them unlock this potential is a real attraction.

I am also excited to work with teams to help them enhance their performance.  I have spent time with some of the best teams around the world as well as some of the best organizations. Bringing the best practice from the corporate world, and combining it with the knowledge I have about elite sport to develop high performing organizations, is another exciting opportunity.
