MISTAKE #1: DO MORE, MORE, MORE!

Train everyday. No days off. 2 hour gym sessions, followed by field & training sessions after work or before work. Throw in a job, a social life and eating well on top of that. At the AC, we believe this is a recipe for overwhelm, burnout and slow progress.

MISTAKE #2: Following One-size-fits-all programs

He/she did it, therefore I should! Following FAD diets & workout programs on social media, smashing protein shakes all day long, hammering supplements daily and more. Most people don't take the opportunity to learn how the process works, just doing whatever somebody tells you without gaining a deeper insight into your own body, what works, what doesn't. At the AC, we believe in Customization NOT Cookie-Cutter.

mistake #3: PROGRAM HOPPING

Do you find yourself dabbling, program hopping, following FAD or restrictive diets and workouts on Instagram & YouTube? If yes, you are NOT alone. The question is, is that working for you?
