Originally from Thames - a small coastal town at the bottom of the Coromandel Peninsula located about an hour east of Auckland. Growing up, cricket was always my thing - but so were the All Blacks, and playing a little golf and being on/in the water as often as possible. I traveled the world with and without rugby, and was lucky enough to meet Sarah along the way. A move to New York happened not long after, followed by Oregon, Charleston and more recently Clemson, SC. Sarah and I have 3 children; Celeste, Wesley & Phoebe.

USA Eagle #422. I represented the USA Eagles between 2007-2015. It was an absolute privilege to spend time with both the 7s & 15s USA National Teams. I officially retired in 2015 and moved directly into Coaching & Development where I have since developed a massive passion for. I am currently the Director of Rugby at Clemson University.

Hall Wellness & Sports Consultants. At the end of 2017 Sarah (wife) and I decided to combine our unique skillsets & experience and join forces and start our own Health & Wellness Consulting company for rugby players. Our mission is to provide rugby players with an innovative, proactive & person first service that helps, inspires & empowers more rugby players to take ownership of their health & wellness so that they can live happy and healthy lives on, off and beyond the field.

why did you
join the ac?

I chose to be part of the AC because I want to help make a positive difference in players lives on, off & beyond the field. I massively value strong & engaging support networks and being there for people. I 100% believe that we can create this type of community & experience for our members & clients here at the AC and I am very grateful that I am part of it.
